I HAVE NEVER EVER USED A COMPANY THAT WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called on a Friday and Dan, the man that answer the phone who is also the owner, wanted to setup an appointment for Sunday because that was "when they are in Richmond." This worked out perfect as we had company (20 people for a birthday party) coming Sunday evening. So, we confirmed and setup the appointment for SUNDAY MORNING BETWEEN 10AM AND 12pm. I heard nothing from them until he calls me at 11:30 AM (30 minutes before the end of their time period) and says "we do not have availability for your area until after 2:30 or 3pm this afternoon." I replied that we had an APPOINTMENT between 10am and 12. He did NOT apologize and DID not acknowledge how unprofessional or unacceptable this is. He said that "we got more jobs in Newport News today so we can't make it to Richmond until later." I explained to him that we had people coming at 5pm and he had confirmed an APPOINTMENT with us for that morning and needed it done early enough to dry before the party. He assured me that it would be done AND DRY way before 5:00pm. But, still made no acknowledgement or apology for being so unprofessional. So... he shows up at 3:15pm to clean the carpet. On the phone the Friday before he quoted me $34 to clean my ONE living room. He gets there and tries to tell me it will be $79 because of the "pet stains" on the carpet. There were NO pet strains, we don't even have an indoor pet. There were darker areas in the carpet in the center where the high traffic is BUT THEIR WEBSITE STATES THAT THE PRICE INCLUDES STAIN TREATMENTS, SCOTCH GARD, THE WORKS.

I rented a home through this company and found that they do not fix anything until months later, the landlord is their top priority regardless if you are having a big problem with the house, I had sewer coming out of the house and the lady asked if we could wait on it! Then water was coming out of the ceiling and they asked me to spackle it. And so many more problems they refuse to fix never mind all the other problems the house had, or that they gave my number to the public so they could sell the house while I was still in it. They don't pay you back if you agree to do something with a promise of future reimbursement. And if you are used to having the grace period to the 5th forget, it they will nickel and dime you to then turn around and give you a vacate notice after making an agreement with you. They are completely unprofessional and it has been the worst experience I have ever had. You will see a hole in the kitchen that was never fixed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Hired them to do a 3 day tile installation job, they took over 3 months to complete. This company also goes by the name of Earnest Flooring Installation, but whatever name they use please stay away from them. Besides taking 3 months to finish this simple job this company also ruined my carpet; flooded my upstairs master bath and than had the nerve to not pay for all the repairs associated with their terrible workmanship. I do not usually write reviews but I feel obligated to warn consumers. Believe me when I say "THIS IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER HIRED".
